A talented singer-songwriter and a self-producing artist originating from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Currently residing in Chicago, Hanisch spends his time educating 9th grade English students, while his evenings are dedicated to his music.

Michael has been creating original music since 2018 and recently released The Time Between The Lights in February 2024.

Mike also released an EP titled GOLD to his audience, a project that was both recorded and produced from his dormitory room at Keenan Hall, University of Notre Dame, in 2022.
